A complete service includes cleaning, lubrication, multi-point checks and inspections. If part replacement is required, our technicians will give you a call and review any additional cost, before proceeding with the replacement.

Make sure to call and make appointments, walk-ins will stay overnight and will not be done same day!
When bringing in your Babylock or Brother sewing/embroidery machine for service please note the following:
- Remove everything on the machine, except the bobbin cover.
- If your machine only embroiders, bring the embroidery arm!
- You do not need to take the needle out, but we will replace it during the clean and service.
- Power cords, presser feet, etc. are not needed!
